Yes, it speeds up reading - how this speeds up reading - Part 1

I am not going to discuss facts or misunderstandings about speed reading, as many books and articles have discussed them. I care about people who want to understand the basics of how to read quickly. Before you start, you should first believe that it is feasible. If you have questions about whether you can learn it, it makes no sense to start training. Second, you should have a good reason why you need to learn how to read quickly, because if you don't, you are likely to give up; the result is not overnight. I assure you that this is not easy. Then why do you want to learn speed reading? When is it useful to you?

In different situations, speed reading can come in handy: when you take the test; when you are ready to talk about a topic you just mastered; when you are given a very limited time to read the novels you need to summarize, and other similar conditions . These are just a few of the reasons why it is convenient to have this skill. Here are the first three steps you should follow with your heart and soul.

1. from

Become a greedy reader.
from

If you don't study, I don't think you will learn how to read quickly, but you don't like reading or reading occasionally. You must really have a lot of this drive to read and be familiar with the different topics. Also, imagine yourself trying to read all the words so quickly, but not in your mind, because many of the words you see are not common. Read greedy to provide vocabulary at once. If you have no problems in the first step, then the other steps will be easier for you.

2. from

Improve your vision.
from

Of course, if your best eyesight is not good, you won't be able to read it quickly. Do things that help improve your vision. Wear glasses or contact lenses if necessary. Speed reading training itself requires you to read positively and rigorously, so you may strain your eyes. Do some exercises that help keep your eyes healthy. Find online articles about how to improve or maintain your vision.

3. from

Read quietly.
from

Sending words you have read will slow you down. Practice reading with your mouth, even silence. If it's too difficult at first, you can chew something in your mouth, like chewing gum, or bite a pencil. It is very important that you are used to this type of reading, so your focus is on reading and listening. When you read with sound, you tend to listen to your voice; as a result, it slows down your speed.

This is the first three things you need to do. Develop the habit of reading every day. Remember to train yourself to read without speaking. After completing the above steps, I will make the next steps discussed in Part 2 easier. You will learn a lot through reading.
