How do you feel when you think about change?
If it's working, your reaction may be "Let's come again!", "Looks like we've just changed!", "This must be a new flavor at the time", and more incredible or ready ideas you think "stability".
Change rarely or very frequently depending on your situation at home. If it's just two of you [or even just you!], the changes may happen rarely or at the speed you specify. If you have a child or a few children, you can bet that the changes in your family are the same. If you are a family of children from two or more families, please fasten your seat belt! You are riding a "changing roller coaster"!
I will share with you some of the steps you can take to help mitigate the impact of ongoing and unexpected changes on you. Why is this important? Just assuming that change means benefiting you. Think about how this affects your stress levels and your physical and mental health. If it is important for you to lower your stress level and increase your physical and mental health, read on.
First, consider how changes lead to stress. When you think about it, you will find that you have a meaning, a link, a link, a trigger or an anchor that you have changed for it. It's like a mathematical equation; if this happens, that's the result. "If things don't go according to my plan, then nothing is right." "If one of my plans is disrupted, then the rest of the plan has no results." This is like saying: "I The way to plan it is the only viable way." At work, it might be like this; "If they change, then I will have to work harder." "When they make a change, it means _________. "Do you see our many connections related to change? Why do we want to establish this association? Here are a few reasons I found out:
from
1. The answer you learned. As children, we saw the behavior and attitudes of our parents. If we see that they are uneasy because things are not going according to their plans, we know that this is the correct response to change.
from
2. Academic exchanges. We have been, many times, even a traumatic time, and the changes have led us to be labeled as "bad", "terrible", "unacceptable" or some other terminology. Using the "If-Then" statement, our neurons have established "If this happens [changes], then ' Bad' will happen."
from
3. Changes that we have not personally initiated may also be related to being out of control. In a way, you feel that you need to be in control, and you will find that the change is frustrating.
Second, establish the right expectations. You have heard this truth, "The only constant is change." Even if the change is undetectable, for example at the subatomic level, it is indeed a constant in our lives. By accepting change as part of life, it enables us to fully enjoy life. In fact, there are two truths here:
from
What are we resisting, stick to it?
from
2. What dissolves and transforms we accept
By resisting change, we actually strengthen it and make it stronger. Did you notice? Think back to the time when you really resisted change. You can still feel the pressure and anxiety of change, isn't it? No matter how much you try to move forward, this change will happen and still exist. However, if you allow changes to occur and accept it, even now, you will notice the release of stress and anxiety. I want to know if you will notice some changes, maybe something else, something unexpected and something better than something you resist.
Finally, modern psychology, neuroscience, and ancient religious philosophy are all stated as follows: when one learns to let emotions flow through the body; accepts positive, releases negatives when they find peace, happiness, and satisfaction. They also agree that living now also brings positive status and experience.
Therefore, I encourage you to learn to accept change, open your arms, and connect with good, powerful experiences when entering an unknown field. Just like the children of Christmas morning, living in the exciting life of the future!
