Calorie low smoothie menu

Instead of a traditional breakfast, why not try a smoothie? My recipes are simple, easy to make, and good for health. Yogurt is the foundation of it, and the fruit contains low calories and low blood sugar. They replace breakfast cereals and breakfast snacks at the right time and provide enough energy for you to easily satisfy until lunch time. The key is not to cheat by adding something else to the menu.

My recipe starts with a few tablespoons of protein yogurt added. Yes, it is dairy, but not as unhealthy as milk. It is also lighter in weight.

The fruit I chose was designed for taste and quality. They include strawberries; blueberries; kiwis; apples; pears; passion fruit; and a banana. Usually four or five is enough. Add a celery to this, which is also low in calories and good for the skin.

The mixture is until it becomes a smooth consistency. Pour into a large breakfast bowl and devour with a spoon. After about 30 minutes, drink a cup of hot tea or coffee and let the digestive juice have a chance to get the job done.

It is impossible to lose weight by diet alone, because exercise is very important. Muscles need work and the body needs exercise. Those who live all day, except for eating anything, always have health problems. The heart muscle also needs a good workout.

This is why I joined the gym, spent at least 30 minutes a day riding a bicycle, and then exercising on other machines. Stretching the neck, back and thigh muscles is a must. Balance is also important, and if you can get some PT training through the course of the facility, they are a good complement to the rules. Don't delay because of a small fee, because nothing is more important than health and health.
