TMJ, EFT and pressure

TMJ stands for the temporomandibular joint. It is a joint that connects your skull and jaw and allows jaw movement. On each side, there is one such joint on the left and right.

Controlling TMJ's muscle tension is almost always related to stress, depression and/or anger. These emotions may be a surprise for the patient, but once the cause of the cause is found, it is usually an event in life, and then the memory that releases these events from the jaw muscle using EFT can have a release effect. Slowly but surely, the muscles can begin to relax, releasing TMJ tension and related problems. Sometimes this happens in a magical conversation, but this is an exception to the rule.

Although medical opinion suggests that the cause of temporomandibular joint disorders may be due to heredity, injury, arthritis [wear, in my opinion due to too tight squat muscles, due to emotional factors that cause tooth grinding] or simply cause an unknown mystery Again and again, EFT practitioners have found that when the relevant emotional trauma is released, the condition is relieved or may even disappear completely.

One such example has recently arrived in my inbox. I have changed the wording even though I have the right to post it to protect my source. This is what my EFT-zine readers have more or less said: "I have suffered from temporomandibular joint disorders for many years. It started to grind teeth at night. When my work is very stressful and I can't understand at night, I also have adrenal failure. , fibromyalgia and stomach problems. I feel dizzy because of the congestion of the ear due to the TMJ problem. Would you please give me a free script to help?"

Obviously, due to adrenal failure and other symptoms, a large part of the pressure is stuck in the body to some extent. Using EFT, we call it stuck energy, we mix the release wording with a special acupressure method. If you are unfamiliar with EFT, you can download the operating manuals from many practitioners' websites and the accompanying conditions for security and best practices so that you can follow the recommendations in this article.

This is a case of working with experienced EFT practitioners who can safely, progressively and positively release the stuck energy that has been left in the body for many years of work stress. If you can't use it, I think this is a script that can be used safely.

Setting: "Although my jaw muscles have this pressure, I have been insisting for so many years, I want to let go."

Reminder: "This work is on my jaw muscles and everything it represents."

Repeat 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks without using numbers. When you click, if you feel tears, fear, anger or sadness, then just click on all the points you want to use over and over again, without saying a word until you feel calmer and more controllable. Click on it this way as long as you need it. Congratulations on your courage to post this question.

I assume that you have tapped the tension on the chin and there is no result. If you haven't already, add the following daily routines. First, the tension of the jaw is evaluated on a 10-0 scale, with 10 being the highest and 0 being absent. Continue to tap on the following items until the tension drops to the lowest value of the day. Repeat this routine for 6 weeks. In fact, you can repeat it as many times as you need every day, I only recommend you once a day, in case you don't have time to dig more.

Setting: "Even if my chin has this tension, I just want to feel better."

Reminder: "My chin is nervous."

By releasing the associated emotional rigidity, TMJ disorders can be alleviated like many other situations. Try this agreement and give it 6 weeks to see how you feel.
