The importance of self-defense

In simple terms, self-defense, also known as private defense, is a method that opposes the behavior of an opponent as a means of protecting someone from harm. In the global context, self-defense as an adjunct to various interpretations is an acceptable legal justification for using force as a means of defending oneself in the event of imminent harm. Using this technique gives people the opportunity to avoid danger, mainly when the attacker carries weapons, has complications or is bulky. In addition, self-defense can provide a required mental and physical strength while helping a person improve his/her balance, speed and endurance.

There are many other reasons you can realize that self-defense is justified. these are:

  • Self-defense to improve coordination and physical health: In self-defense programs, non-exercise, exercise, and manipulation exercises produce large and subtle motor skills that result in overall improvement in body and health. As a result, learners can benefit from increased strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, reaction and explosiveness, speed and aerobics. All of this helps learners become confident and physically capable.

  • Teacher discipline, respect and focus: Self-defense technology is widely recognized because it fosters learner discipline, respect and concentration.

  • Develop tenacity, confidence and determination: Mastering new technologies such as self-defense requires tenacity, confidence and determination. Therefore, here, learners need to try repeatedly, see others succeed, work through failure and make small improvements until they are completely successful. In addition, this skill also helps learners develop their determination through drills to succeed beyond pre-defined assertions and limitations. Therefore, through this training, learners can realize that they can perform any of their ideas.

  • Cultivate confidence: Self-defense programs allow learners to learn different types of skills on a regular basis, where each new skill is more challenging than the previous one. Therefore, developing these new skills can foster pride and confidence in the learner.

  • Teachers' awareness of danger: Through a good self-defense plan, learners will be taught about the dangers. Specifically, avoiding problems is much better than solving them. Therefore, learners are taught to be aware of the dangers that may mean staying safe.

  • Develop enhanced physical strength: The self-defense training program not only allows the learner's spiritual strength, but the program helps to make learners stronger inside and outside so that they can prepare for the dangers of the real world in a better way.

  • School Anatomy, Nutrition and Hygiene: Self-defense is a physical program that encourages different movements. Therefore, it is easy to renew the reason for good food and provide the necessary sports fuel for our body. In addition, through proper self-defense programs, you can also learn about sanitation, such as washing your hands or cutting your nails, as well as the anatomy of the left and right body parts.
