Rio de Janeiro, an Olympic nightmare

Political corruption, environmental disasters, pathogen infestation, financial bankruptcy, terrorist threats and drug lords: let the game begin. When the Olympic Committee voted to award the 2016 Olympic Games to a city that is suspected of major crimes and murder of one of the capitals, not to mention one of the world's largest original sewage dumps should trigger so many danger signs.
