Positive attitude - stretch yourself

Making positive changes in our lives can sometimes be a painful process. The definition of change involves getting out of our comfort zone, and sometimes the fear of the imaginary consequences is enough to stop us from dying on our tracks.

A reliable way to overcome this fear is to transform yourself into a positive way by training yourself to accept change rather than abandoning change; to enjoy new pleasures rather than fear of strange horrors.

Like any type of training, we must start with small steps, graduate, and practice more complex and far-reaching skills. Learning to change love begins with the smallest adjustment to everyday life.

If you are not completely disgusted with change, you can skip the first few steps, but if your approach is very difficult or particularly timid, then you may need to start with small changes that seem ridiculous until you find the way to stretch you. Enough to make an impact, but it won't make you afraid.

In the next three days, try to take a different approach. Try to get up early and run before breakfast. Go to different places for lunch. Go to no lunch and attend a one-and-a-half-hour concert. Buy a book about a new theme and decide to read it on the train every day until you know it's enough to explain the subject to others.

Read another newspaper. Talk to your family instead of watching TV. Try new food. Vacation in different places. Decide to meet new people every day and have a short conversation with them.

Many of these movements are scared at the beginning and the next few times, but once you learn to suppress these vibrations, you will understand these three main benefits.

First, doing new things tells us that our fears are often unfounded and we are fully capable of managing them.

Second, we began to understand that we can be more than we realize. Third, we will open our hearts to new experiences, new people and new opportunities. We never believe in these opportunities.

Do this for a week and show yourself that you are a creature that can change indefinitely, and more importantly, you like it.

Determine to enjoy a new experience every day and make sure you learn a new fact or skill every day. As our ideas expand, our horizons are expanding.
