Positive attitude maintenance

What people must realize is that you don't suddenly decide to feel good, that's it. This is a little bit more happy and a more positive process every day. There may be a few days when you will relapse, but don't relax your determination.

There are many ways to improve your attitude and become happier:

What is useful to you

But you must stick to this activity every day. Just like a machine, your happiness and positive attitude need regular maintenance.

You may ask yourself why my unhappiness, depression, and negative attitude are so easy, why don't I need to maintain them.

The truth is, you maintain them through the negative habits you have taught over the years, and you may not realize it.

If you have not crossed the threshold, you will exceed the threshold. Where to wake up and realize that feeling good and positive is normal and not feeling good, stress is unusual.
