How deadly low self-esteem may be

There are too many suicides consumed in the world. Behind many of them, self-esteem is low. I am not talking about the Kamikaze death squad who committed suicide because of fanaticism.

The inferiority complex of people who tend to depress or abandon their lives is a widespread disease. The strange thing is that when talking about these suicides, no one will solve low self-esteem.

If, in general, people are more aware of the patience of others, then low self-esteem may not be so deadly.

The indifference of the entire community to its members has killed many people.

If you listen to talks between people you know for a number of reasons, then whether it works, whether it is because they are neighbors, you may be surprised at the flaws of these talks. They are still on the surface. Inside, the psychological aspect of a person, does he or she have fear, anxiety, doubt or panic or depression? Who is interested in these aspects or one person? Most of your neighbors are not. They have their own problems and don't want to know other people's problems.

A person with low self-esteem is still isolated in his/her mental torture.

If there is no help, they can get help from people around them, they live or work with them, and their self-esteem will be lower and lower.

"No one wants me": This kind of thinking will continue to appear in their lives, in theirs, maybe, sleepless nights. The idea of being abandoned has become so strong that they tell themselves that they are no one, no one wants others anyway. Then, low self-esteem turned into deep depression, and finally, it was really deadly.

For all of us, it is important to say a good word to all who cross us. Sometimes just a friendly "hi" can create a miracle.

Let us be a miracle in someone's life.
