Eczema diet is effective!

It is recommended that an appropriate eczema diet can prevent seizures and reduce or even eliminate symptoms. Most patients respond to trigger food within two hours of consumption, and other patients do not develop symptoms after 24 hours. Since everyone is different, the list of unfavorable foods varies from person to person.
