In my early years as a coach of the middle school Australian football team, I had to leave school at least once a week. In the years that followed, many boys had to go home as the boys started working after school. So I will have a formal training every week during lunch time. It will start from the warm-up. Then I will do some skill work with them later in his career. After that we will practice a basic game, such as a center bounce or kick from the guard. We have completed a short game. It may support a striker in a half or forward handball game. The usual practice is based on the team's mistakes made in the previous game.
Then, on other days of the week, the boys were allowed to borrow football to "kick and kick" on the oval. I will give the boys advice on how to improve kicking and scoring skills on the oval as much as possible.
Wednesday, our games, we will meet in...
