President's parasite and other short stories It is a rich episode of life, with a melancholy taste and a distorted dark humor, in an easy-to-read conversational tone. Each story has its own comment, but for this comment, I will mention some of my favorites. However, if you read this and desire more, you can find a downloadable sampler of his story on his blog "Let There Be Blog!".
For this review, I think I will highlight some of my favorite stories:
The role of Jim Musgrave Remember to laugh Open a window, enter daily life, enter the "invisible America", no one wants to see. The protagonist of this story is a Jewish woman who married a blue-eyed, red-haired Irish policeman to his mother's annoyance. This story highlights the ever-changing relationship between the mother and the wife, because the two women learned to work together, when a Vietnamese veterinarian's father-in-law of Alzheimer's disease needs to be taken care of and the husband eventually takes the hostage at the end of Iraq. I can write a separate review of this story and highly recommend it.
bet Depicting a man who won $117 million in the lottery and bet on his pastor, he can make more trouble by trying to win his own victory, instead of squandering it. If he does not do this, he will donate the remaining money to the church, but if he wins the pastor's agreement, he will change the church to the Satanic church. The pastor accepted the bet. Talk about good and evil! If you want to know how it works, you have to buy this book.
The short story is not dead. Jim's story is so different that no one can integrate them beyond originality, creativity and thought-provoking. His work affects the mind in a subtle way, just like the Twilight. It is both entertaining and appealing to you, and it won't let it go until it comes to your mind and makes you think.
