As a beginner scrapbook, you may be overwhelmed by all product and style choices. Should you choose an 8.5 x 11 album or a 12 x 12 album? Do you print photos yourself or develop photos online? Should you use a glue stick or a tape runner? Options continue!
While these are very important elements of a scrapbook, there are some basic scrapbooking skills that can help you along the way. If you master these three projects before you start pasting your photos to the page, you will like this hobby more:
1. Crop the photo. from
The idea of trimming precious pictures may tremble your spells. But the photos of these days are cheaper than what our parents are paying, and we may think of them emotionally. Our parents often spend $20 or more to develop a 36-page image, half of which didn't come out! Now we can print and reprint a penny. By cropping photos, you can focus on the most important and interesting elements of your image. Should they use a red ribbon or orange, or not use a ribbon at all? I have already said enough! When it comes to scrapbooking, there is no absolute "right" and error.
