I am very convinced that it is almost impossible to do emotional free technology in a "wrong" way - as long as you have the right basic knowledge! If some of the basic rules of the EFT are pushed under the carpet, you will not be able to make rapid progress or eventually get the permanent treatment you deserve. You may even be burned out - this will definitely have a negative impact on your health. Here are seven errors:
1. A one-minute miracle that is famous for its emotional freedom technology: Yes, it can happen - we like it, but don't gamble on your life. Don't fall into the trap of "I did it a few times but it didn't happen." Persistence is usually the name of the game.
2. Painfully said: Some of my clients told me, "Your words are amazing... I can't copy them." Guess what? Your words are more important than mine. Each of us has its own unique style, and as long as you focus on this issue, the simple words of your heart will always succeed. And your inner self is much more than you think.
3. Overlooking your success: If we have not yet entered the finish line, it is sometimes difficult to get a small gain. Blunder! The more grateful we are for the baby step, the more likely we are to experience the huge steps that will inevitably catch up with us.
4. Didn't knock it down to zero: After we have made significant mitigations when we do EFT, it is likely to be called exit. If your frustration with your boss/your headache/or your fear of a crowded subway has dropped from 10 to 4, then it's time to celebrate - and have time to drop it to zero as soon as possible! Tip: The closer your SudHS level is to zero, the more likely it is to heal permanent.
5. Impatient: This is different from #1 because it refers to the general attitude. Although you often investigate specific issues, you may still be nervously watching the clock and wondering when you will do it. Although your problem is effective, it actually hinders treatment. When you focus on "this is forever", the law of attraction forces you to "forever." This is a more advantageous strategy that allows you to have all the time and space you need.
6. Failure success failure: I am working with a client on anger issues, she is definitely a sponge for EFT. When I thought we were done, I asked her to assess her anger. This is a ten, I think it is zero, or close to it. She replied: "It doesn't work - it's less than ten years old." Oops! What went wrong? I asked her, "Lisa, are you still angry?" She replied: "Is angry? I am not angry at all! But I am very sad..." Here is a lesson to learn: Listening to you Specific issues of research. Admit your success and continue to deal with other emotions that often appear.
7. Self-acceptance problem hinder: Before I started a round of emotional freedom technology, I asked my client to say, "I love and accept myself completely and deeply" and then evaluate their numbers. A customer shouted: "It's already ten years old! I hate myself!" If your phone number is not zero, you can still fully electronically transfer funds - but please reconsider the acceptance to reflect your Feel. Here are some examples: "I like and do my best to accept myself." / "I accept myself with compassion." / "I can imagine accepting myself in the future." Remember, you can never deceive your subconscious mind!
This is a "reward error": If you happen to find that you made some mistakes while doing EFT, don't be hard on yourself, and most importantly, don't let it slow you down. Learn from them - this is their goal and then return to EFT treatment!
