Three simple tips to increase the ability to badminton

One of the hottest topics I will discuss in my online coaching program is to increase your badminton smashing ability.

Let's start your feet!

Why are your feet? simple. If you don't have enough speed to lag behind the badminton shuttle before hitting the ball, there is no way to make a strong and accurate shot. You need to be behind the shuttle so your weight can move in the direction of your crush. Adding your weight to the smash provides more power.

How far should you stand behind the shuttle? Ideally, you need to be far enough to make the shuttle fall slightly on your non-racing legs, but aligned with your racket...
