The top 9 essential oils I use for anxiety

I have to deal with varying degrees of anxiety, which is most of my life. In this era, there are more factors that cause anxiety, especially for highly sensitive people. Technology is a huge contributor to the pressures of modern life.

One thing I turned to was the essential oil. I use DoTerra oil because I found them to be of high quality, especially when I use them internally. I studied essential oils with Dr. Josh Axe and believed in his knowledge of how to use oil.

The use of essential oils should not replace medical and psychiatric care. So please see your doctor.

I spread the essential oil [put a few drops of water into the diffuser and then deliver it in the form of a fine mist into the air] and apply it to my skin. My skin is not so sensitive, so I can use them neatly. However, if in doubt, you can perform a patch test or use fractionated coconut oil as a base oil and add a drop to test its strength.

This is my go oil:

lavender

My first choice for calming and soothing oil is first of all lavender. Especially at night. I put it on the bottom of my feet, around my temples and neck. I will also distract it. Lavender is so gentle that it can be used in children. I also put some on the pillow.

Peaceful integration

The second oil I use is a mixture of peace. It consists of vetiver root, lavender, ylang ylang, frankincense, sage, marjoram, labdanum and spearmint. It comes from a roolerball with fractionated coconut oil, which I applied to my chest, neck and wrist.

rose

Doterra rose in a ball bottle, so it is dispersed in coconut oil. Rose is such an expensive oil that it is an economical way to get it by diluting it with a rolling ball. I won't spread anything in the roller bottle.

Balanced mix

Every morning and all day, I use Balance on my feet. I also put it on my neck. It is a grounded mixture. It consists of Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile.

mastic

I drop a drop of frankincense on my tongue every day. It is considered to be the king of oil. It crosses the blood-brain barrier. This is good for calming your nerves. Occasionally I will spread it too.

Tranquility / Lavender Peace Blend

This oil has a lovely calming scent. It is perfect for massage. I use it on my neck or smell the bottle. You can also drop a few drops on your palm, put your hands together, put them on your nose, and sniff. By the way, smelling therapeutic oil is not just a cute smell, it spreads to the emotional center of the brain. The nose is the fastest way to get into this part of the brain. This oil is composed of lavender, marjoram, Roman chamomile, ylang ylang, Hawaiian sandalwood, and vanilla beans.

Clary Calm Blend

When I feel the hormone, I will use it. It consists of Clary Sage, Lavender, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Cedar, Ylang-Ylang, Geranium, Fennel Seed, Carrot Seed, Witch Hazel, Vitex Leaf/Berry.

Vetiver

I use it when I take a shower. Its grease is very thick, I have to take the dropper and pour it in a small amount.

Roman chamomile

I am no longer using this, but I did it. I once poured a 5 ml bottle into a ball bottle, topped with fractionated coconut oil, and rubbed on the soles of the feet before going to bed at night.

You can use other oils to worry about anxiety, but I don't like the oil I use the most: Copaiba Oil, Ylang Ylang, Melissa, Juniper Berry, Bergamot, Past Tense.

You can use more oil, but these are the most common oils.
