Spanish soup as a hangover treatment!

How to make a traditional Spanish almond and garlic soup Ajo Blanco? Do you know that this special cold soup can alleviate the slow effects of excessive indulgence? Follow this simple recipe for healthy and nutritious treatments.

A few years ago, when I was living in Spain, I wrote this delicious traditional Spanish soup. In addition to its fullness of deliciousness, it is really delicious and obviously a very good hangover therapy.

In Spanish, this soup is called from

Ajo blanco [white garlic].

Ingredients:

175 grams of almond powder
4 garlic [or less]
1 thick white bread
100 ml virgin olive oil
Ice water and lemon juice splash
green grapes

Method:

Peel and crush the garlic. Add the garlic to the almonds and bread and then process in a food blender until it becomes smooth. Add olive oil dropwise. Then add ice water to the food blender until the soup is thick and creamy. Finally, add lemon juice and some salt to taste.

Other types of almonds can also be used, but make sure they are well ground or soaked in bleached almonds in milk to soften them first.

Add peeled muscat grape or green seedless grapes floating in the soup.

I suspect it is a "hangover." The cure is because this soup contains so much garlic, of course, it is the king of all healing plants and is known for its benefits to circulation and as a general tonic.
