There are many carbohydrate bike dining programs out there, however, not everyone has the food they like. So maybe it's time to create your own one. Here, I will show you what type of food and why they should enter your meal plan.
The carb bike meal plan is best to eat 6 meals a day, so you have enough food to cheer you up and keep your metabolism, which is very important in this diet.
There are 3 basic days for the carbohydrate recycling diet:
- High Carb Day

On High Carb Day, you will have 4 meals out of 6 meals with as much carbohydrate as possible. Just remember to mix it with some lean protein, for example:
