Carb Cycling Meal Plan - Understanding the importance of protein in the carbohydrate bike diet

There are many carbohydrate bike dining programs out there, however, not everyone has the food they like. So maybe it's time to create your own one. Here, I will show you what type of food and why they should enter your meal plan.

The carb bike meal plan is best to eat 6 meals a day, so you have enough food to cheer you up and keep your metabolism, which is very important in this diet.

There are 3 basic days for the carbohydrate recycling diet:

- High Carb Day

  - Low Carb Day

  - No carbohydrate day

On High Carb Day, you will have 4 meals out of 6 meals with as much carbohydrate as possible. Just remember to mix it with some lean protein, for example:

- White chicken / turkey

  - Protein shakes contain at least 40-50 grams of protein. Remember, when you consume protein, you will want 1 gram / 1 pound of weight. This helps to maintain the clarity of the muscles.
