I recently bought a bread machine and it is great. The downside is that I recently started eating better to get rid of some extra weight before Christmas. When making bread in a bread making machine, it is difficult to lose weight. I came up with a very good banana bread recipe and I want to share it with you. The benefit of this formulation is that it uses artificial sweeteners compared to the normal "sweetened" formula. This reduces calories to 1/3 of normal and saves a lot of valuable calories.
The difficulty with eating low-calorie food is that it usually tastes bad. On the other hand, this formula tastes not bad - it tastes exactly the same as regular sugared banana bread. Whenever I made it for friends and family [two or three times so far], they never knew it was a low-carb, low-calorie alternative to the real version of banana bread.
Go anywhere, to the recipe. Make sure you follow my writing style completely, I believe you will soon enjoy 1/3 calories of sweetness!
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup universal flour
- C cup your favorite sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Te teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/4 cup of chopped ripe bananas [you must wait until they mature!]
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1/3 cup skimmed skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
route
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Mix the lemon juice with the milk and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Mixed dry ingredients
- Add the oil, milk mixture and vanilla to the chopped banana and mix well.
- Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and stir.
- Pour the batter into a non-stick pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until ready.
It's one-third less calories than any other banana bread I used to have, but no one can make it happen. This is people, I just want to share this great recipe. You can see how simple the recipe is, but somehow, I will destroy it from time to time because my oven is so inconsistent. I started using my Panasonic bread making machine to make it, perfect every time. In the same blade as the rice cooker, the breadmaker ensures that the product is the same every time. I can't stand it. I hope you like it!
