Help your cheerleading uniform throughout the season

Cheerleading uniforms can be a challenge when they try to keep the team clean during the football, basketball and football seasons. Although they usually wear one or two games, they need to be cleaned after a lot of rigorous activities, especially when the uniform is mainly white or with white trim. If not washed properly, they will melt, block, run or fade.

Here are some things you don't do and don't do to make sure your uniform is completed during the uninjured cheerleading season:

- Do not use a dry cleaner. This can cause the material to harden, fade and blister. It also has a pale yellow color, which is very obvious next to the innocent uniform.

- When washing for the first time, wash each garment separately in a cold bucket. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.

-Cheer and Tide laundry detergents are the most commonly used non-fading garments. Use these for regular cleaning to ensure that the color does not bleed or fade. These detergents also remove dirt and odors, including rings...
