If you like barbecue, but also eager for a healthy diet, you can definitely! You can choose more nutritious foods to grill, such as fresh fruits and vegetables. You don't need to avoid eating meat, just adding some unhealthy choices to your meals can make a big difference. First, try these sumptuous botanical barbecue recipes:

Roasted tropical tofu

what do you need:

  • 1 pineapple, cut into rings
  • 3 lemons, squeezed
  • 1 piece of tofu, pressed into triangle slices
  • 3 tablespoons fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons tamari
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • a small amount of parsley
  • coconut oil
On the plate, mix lemon juice, pineapple juice, brown sugar, turmeric, tamari and parsley. Stirring ingredients are very good. Add tofu slices to the pickles. Using pliers, carefully flip the file and apply the marinade to the other side. Marinate for at least 4 hours. When ready, brush the tofu with coconut oil and cook over medium heat on a preheated grill for 20 minutes. Flip and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and bake the pineapple ring until a good grill mark appears, about 5 minutes. Supply tofu with pineapple rings.

Garlic and balsamic vinegar smoked mushrooms

what do you need:

  • 1 kg of mushrooms, cut into 1/4 inch thick pieces
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and black pepper sauce
Mix garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Place the mushrooms in a bowl and spread them with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. When you are ready, skew the mushrooms on skewers and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a preheated grill on medium to high heat, or until tender.

Baked potato with creamy lemon curd

what do you need:

  • 3/4 kg baby white potatoes, boiled and cut into two halves
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 comments, chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 cup of fresh italian parsley leaves
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil plus more brushing
  • 1 teaspoon salt, plus seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, plus seasoning
Boil half of the baby potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on a preheated grill at medium to high temperatures with the cut surface facing down for 10 minutes. Transfer to the plate. Mix lemon juice, garlic, onions, parsley, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender. Mix until the mixture becomes smooth. Can be used as a dipping sauce or baked potatoes.
