My wife and I like soup... or I should say good soup. I like good soup, but I can't tolerate mild and tasteless soup. Enter, my delicious and simple creamy broccoli soup.
You can find this delicious broccoli soup in the gourmet restaurant. It is not only delicious, but also has a beautiful appearance. It is easy to make!
6 services
1-1 / 2 lb broccoli
1. Clean the broccoli and cut the stems and florets into 1/2 inch pieces. If the stems are thick, cut them in half. Put the broccoli aside.
3/8 cup olive oil [regular, not extra virgin olive oil]
1-1 / 2 teaspoon minced garlic
2. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the garlic without browning. Cooking too much will make your soup smelly.
3/8 cup orzo pasta [child looking like rice]
2-1 / 4 cup chicken soup [low salt, if canned]
3/8 cups of cream [you can use milk if you wish]
1-1 / 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
3. Add the set broccoli to the sauce pot and stir for about 1 minute.
4. Add the above ingredients to the saucepan and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the orzo pasta and broccoli become soft.
Put the soup in a bowl.
5. For decoration, sprinkle paprika on the edge of the bowl, sprinkle a little on top of the soup, and then put a parsley in the middle of the soup.
This will be a beautiful presentation and you will be proud to serve any company. Cook some good grilled or fried chicken [my favorite...occasionally won't hurt], throw in a delicious potato dish and start your dinner with this soup. You can't go wrong.
Please enjoy!
