A healthy, nutritious and delicious recipe for your toddler

As parents, our focus is always on the fact that our children should eat healthy food. On the contrary, it is well known that it is sometimes a difficult task for children to picky eaters and let them eat healthy things. We are constantly looking for healthy recipes that help increase your baby's weight. We should not rely solely on the child's weight chart to determine if the baby is healthy. Thin people don't mean unhealthy, and the same fat is not a healthy definition.

For moms, the real challenge is to make healthy food choices look attractive. Here are some healthy and nutritious foods. With these foods we will prepare some recipes and your child will swallow it in a minute.

Khichdi:

  This is considered to be one of the most nutritious and healthy first foods for young children. It is easy to make and can be easily added to different vegetables. It helps to gain weight and is easy to digest.

Ingredients:

  • Rice / Dalia [half cup],

  •Moong Dal [half cup]

  • ghee [1tsp],

  • cumin seeds [1/2 teaspoon]

  • Vegetables: carrots, tomatoes, spinach, baby bottles, potatoes [cut into small pieces]

  • Spices: salt, pepper and turmeric

  • Water [1 cup]

  Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes

Recipe:

  Pick in small water, wash, soak rice and dal. Heat the ghee or butter in a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds until it starts to burst. If you wish you could also add a handful of asafoetida, it helps to digest. Then put all the vegetables in a pressure cooker for a while. Add all the spices, such as salt [depending on the taste], pepper [pinch] and turmeric, then let it cook for a minute. Add rice and dal and 1 cup of water. Give a few whistles and Voila! Prepare a perfect meal for your baby.

PS You can adjust the consistency of the dishes according to your choice.

Oat pancakes:

Ingredients:

• Oatmeal [half cup] *** Half a cup of oatmeal baked for one minute, then ground into powder ***

  • Fruit: bananas, blueberries, apples, grapes

  • Dried fruit [chopped and baked]

  • Honey [2 teaspoons]
from

  • Rice noodles [half cup]
from

  • baking powder [one or two]

  • Milk [1.5 cups]

  Cooking time: 10 to 15 minutes

Recipe:

  Place oatmeal, rice flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Pour the milk into it and mix well. Place the pot on the stove and pour a few drops of butter. Pour a spoon filled with the prepared batter and apply it in a circular motion. Cook from medium heat on both sides and transfer to a plate. Apply chopped fruit, dried fruit and honey on a spoon to it.

Your healthy and delicious dessert is ready and your child will love it.

PS: You can occasionally use chocolate syrup to change the taste. Put a mass of peanut butter on the pancakes, topped with some chocolate syrup, and give it to your child.
