Imagine that happiness is a flame that burns inside us and keeps the flames bright. We need to feed it often. The fuel is 10 Sticks of Happiness, an ancient Lakota understanding of happiness.
Want to have a good sound system, sports cars, beautiful clothes and so on are all right. We all need some fun in life. If we believe that happiness and property are the way to be happy, the problem begins. We soon discovered that we could never get enough. Studies have shown that more money does not increase happiness.
What does happiness mean?

- Your life has improved in every way.

I'm studying:
1. I am the most unique and special performance in my creation.
Are there other people who look at the world like you, have your thoughts, hopes and dreams? This makes you unique and special.
2. Appreciate everything I have.
Unless you know who you are and what you have, you will never be happy. Another option is always to be someone else, or to have something else that will not bring happiness.
3. Close to life with optimism and trust.
When you are negative about life, it is hard to be happy. Given that both negative and positive views are just explanations, why not choose a perspective that makes you happy, optimistic and trustworthy.
4. Set new and interesting goals for yourself.
We are born to be innovative. We want to improve and make them better. If there are no new interesting goals, we will fall into stagnation and frustration.
5. Adapt to the changes in my life.
Everything in life is changing. Everything is changing. It is more like a willow tree, bent with the wind, not stiff and broken.
6. Today's day seems to be my last day.
One day it will be your last day and you will want to enjoy every minute. Why wait until then?
7. Deepen your love for yourself.
The power of love can help you overcome anything that faces you. When you truly love yourself, you will have the power that others will see.
8. Know each other.
When I can see the world through the other's eyes and sympathize with their feelings, I become smarter, more kind, gentler, and less concerned about myself.
9. Avoid becoming a perfectionist.
Nothing in life or nature is perfect. Getting it from yourself and others is the inevitable way to solve unhappiness.
10. I am learning the laughter in my life.
If you can smile at your problem and laugh when things disappoint you, you will live a longer, healthier and happier life.
