You must build or rebuild your self-esteem, otherwise you will never succeed

I know this first-hand information. I have been opposed to low self-esteem throughout my life. When I was 6 months old, my biological father left my mother and me. I have never seen him again. My mother is remarried. I love my adoptive father. I love him. We are still like this. But he also suffered from self-esteem, and he took it out to my mother, my sister and me. In my teenage years, we were all called "stupid" and "dumped" "idiots." As a big child, I was called "Fat Matt" and endured many days on the playground. You may encounter similar unfortunate experiences. Because of it, our brain records all of this and our self-esteem patients.

But you must overcome these cuts and foster positive self-esteem and self-image, otherwise success will never be achieved. Positive self-esteem is the reason why we cheered up after the failure. This is the confidence we rely on to continue to persist. Unfortunately, many people never really master building or rebuilding their self-esteem. Here are some tips I've used that can help you rebuild.

1. This is not a curse... this is a blessing . Use the negative experience you face as a fuel for rebuilding your self-esteem. Deep down, if you use them correctly, these negative experiences can help you succeed. Give up your responsibilities and remember the power when you are defeated. Prove that your skeptics are wrong and don't let them prove to be correct.

2. Seeking to master something . When you master something, it creates confidence. The key is to master something, what . Learn to play golf 400 yards. Learn to play Billy Joel's song on the piano. Get the best through exercise. Become the top cold caller in your sales career. Anything that proves that you spend time focusing on it, skills, and therefore mastering it.

3. Do more things that you are afraid of . Do more of the things you are most afraid of...more. Repetition is the mother of all skills. The more representatives you can take, the more fear you bury, the closer you are to the better. The key is a large amount of REPS. One or two times is not enough. You need to do a lot of swings while hitting the ball. If you are afraid to talk, talk more. If you can't make a cold call, please call more. Think about it like what my friend Grant Cardone said in his book. 10X rule from

 . Do 10 to 10 times things.

4. Use your mastery . Put yourself in the place and context that suits you. If you have mastered golf for 400 years, sign up for a corporate or industrial golf tournament. You know, when you reach the first teeing ground, you will hit the ball farther than anyone else, and others will be surprised. Therefore, your mastery will allow you to take classes yourself, people will want to be around you and invite you to join their team. When you start a new job at a sales location, you can knock out 100 cold callers without blinking. This will separate you from your competitors within a day and you will be treated as a master. Sit next to the piano as you drink with your customers and start playing Piano. Your customers will be impressed and your self-esteem issues will disappear. Invite your new appointment to your gym and let them see how much pull you can do and they will be impressed. Your mastery must be used as a constant fuel to allow you to continue to build or rebuild your self-esteem. Getting good grades on certain things can give you the confidence to achieve good results on other things.

5. helping others . Regrettably, the ability to help people, whether coaches, colleagues or parents, does not take more time to recognize other people's self-esteem. It is that person, who is helping.

The self-esteem theme is critical to your success. For some people, the building or reconstruction process can be done quickly. For people like me, it takes a long time. But no matter which way, nothing is more worthwhile than this.
