The basic emotional free technology sequence is straightforward and usually takes only a few minutes to learn. While it's important to make sure you're using the right area, you don't have to worry about being very careful, because focusing on the general area is also sufficient.

You will pat with your fingertips/pads, mainly because there are several acupuncture meridians at your fingertips. Therefore, when you tap with your finger, you not only use the meridian of the specific area you are hitting, but also the meridian on your fingertips. In traditional emotional free techniques, patients use the fingertips of the middle and index fingers and tap with only one hand. Truly tapping

You should pat 5 to 7 times [the amount is not important, but it should be the length of time required for a breathing cycle; fully breathe].

The tapping point goes down your body, which basically means that each tapping point is below the point in front of it. Although the sequence is not important, it is important to ensure that all points are mined.

Attack point

1. Top of the head: With your fingers facing away from the center of the skull.

2. Eyebrows: Above the eyebrows and the eyes on the side of the nose.

5. Below the nose: This is a small area between the top of the upper lip and the bottom of the nose

6. Chin point: The middle position between the bottom of the lower lip and the point of the chin. This area is called the chin point and is mainly used for descriptive purposes.

7. Collarbone: This is the point where the sternum [sternum], the first rib and the clavicle meet. This is a very important point, especially acupuncture, known as K 27.

8. Under the arm: This is on the side of your body, about four inches below your armpit; usually between your nipple [men] or the middle of the bra [lady].

9. Wrist: The point on the inside of the two wrists is the last point. Gently wipe them.

Remove the watch and glasses before tapping

Watches and glasses can interfere with emotional and free technology electronically and mechanically. Therefore, it is recommended that you remove it before clicking it.
