When the circus came to our suburbs, it reminded me of a book I read a year ago. Set in the circus is a very unique romantic novel scene, so it has been bothering me. I borrowed a lot of books from the library last year and tried my best. I couldn't think of the author's name or the name of the book. So, in the book section of Amazon, I entered the search term 'circus Alex icon Russian', and I am happy that Kiss an Angel appeared in the results. I don't think I really need to read this book again, but things about it have been bothering me, so I borrowed it for the second time. No matter what problems I have with the story and some characters, it still has enough things to let I read it fully.
Daisy has never had a simple life. She is an exposed rude daughter. She is a fornicating socialite mother who accompanied her in Europe, got a blow in the process and missed an unusual education, and tried to be unnoticed in the background. When her mother died, Daisy found herself with a lot of debt and no formal training or skills to support herself.
Her father, a Romanov historian, offered to help her financially, but there was a problem. She must marry Alex Markov to live with him for six months, otherwise the transaction that provides his money assistance will be withdrawn.
Since there is no other choice, Daisy reluctantly drags himself into the program.
The only reason Alex allowed himself to participate in Daisy's father's plan was because he was very grateful for his activities many years ago. Otherwise, no one else can force Alex to get married.
Therefore, the marriage between two reluctant strangers begins, they can appreciate each other's physical attributes, but absolutely have nothing in common.
Alex decided to leave at the end of the six months, or better than this arrangement. If he can make the living conditions so abominable, let her indulge, indulge, self-absorb, she will leave him. Alex manages and performs in a traveling family circus. Daisy is even afraid of puppies, so when she needs help to look after the circus animals, she faces many personal challenges.
Alex hopes that Daisy can linger in any hard work, but she is surprised by her flourishing in the new environment. This is the first time she has taken up her own life without being embarrassed in the shadow of her mother. She is learning to fall in love with personal accomplishment and job satisfaction.
Daisy's presence in the circus community provoked Alex's former lover and a teenager who had a serious fascination with Alex. They all began to hurt Daisy and her relationship with Alex.
Alex told Daisy that he would never love her and would not want a child. So things get interesting when the circus travels around its performance circuit.
Daisy's personality is very cute, because she really has a gold heart. It takes a long time for anyone to realize this. She has been very pure, and she found herself having an advantage throughout the book. At the beginning of the book, she was afraid of animals, but in the end, she let the entire circus animals eat from her hands.
Alex can't see the true quality of Daisy and sometimes it's frustrating. His past has many secrets and problems, and his attitude towards forced marital status often shows an indifferent, ruthless, contemplative, turbulent, ruthless, cold ice. His contact with Daisy takes time to unfreeze him. Initially, Alex was definitely not the most romantic hero, but his transformation did happen, and readers saw it increasingly glimpsed as it evolved.
Kiss an Angel brings together some of the unusual elements of some romantic novels. There is a modern arrangement of marriage, a telepathic animal and a circus, but when you finish the book, when a story lasts for a long time, you can say that the story works well.
