If your hometown observer thinks it is acceptable, then the Praxis II exam is the best and most direct option for you to become a headquarters.
Other tips to consider
Most importantly, whenever you have the opportunity, you will want to be further educated. You are willing to learn more about the subjects you teach, which will make you an excellent teacher.
