Self-esteem introduction

Self-esteem refers to your respect for your own reality. It is important for a person to have a healthy self-esteem in order to live a happy and successful life on a personal and commercial level. People with low self-esteem are often more difficult to live a happy and successful life. People with healthy self-esteem realize that they deserve the good things in life, while those with low self-esteem think that they should only get bad things in life. Everyone is responsible for their self-esteem and can take steps to improve their self-esteem and thus improve their lives.

What are the signs of a healthy self-respect? People with healthy self-esteem can clearly state who they are, where they go and what they promise. They accept the responsibility and consequences of their actions, not blaming others or making excuses. They are not self-centered, but caring for the welfare of others. They are goal-oriented, productive, creative and optimistic. And, most importantly, a person's healthy self-esteem will understand whether he/she deserves to be loved and cared for, worthy of love and caring for others.

What are the signs of low self-esteem? People with poor self-esteem are often eager to get approval from people around them. They have not performed well at school or at work. They are bad problem solvers and stakeholders. They often have irrational beliefs and often think unreasonably in important situations. People with low self-esteem often face many days of fear, mainly fear of being rejected by others. They are often insecure, anxious, nervous, and if they feel that someone does not accept them, they may be overreacted by resentment and anger. They are not responsible for their actions, but they blame others. Most importantly, a person with low self-esteem is not worth giving or receiving love, parenting and compassion.

A person's self-esteem develops throughout life. Childhood experiences play an important role in determining whether a person has healthy self-esteem or low self-esteem. Children who grow up in healthy self-esteem often encounter the following situations in their childhood - praised as doing their best, being listened to and respectfully followed by parents and other people who play an important role in life, getting attention and embracing them. Loved ones, succeed in school and sports, and have trusted friends.

Children with low self-esteem often have the opposite experience - they are often severely criticized, no matter how hard they try, they are often yelled and even beaten, ignored by them, mocked or teased in authoritarian roles and peers, their Parents may expect them to always be perfect, they often fail in school and sports, and feel that these failures mean they have failed. Low self-esteem can affect your physical and mental health. If your self-esteem is low, you should explore options that help increase your self-esteem and improve your quality of life.
