Maybe when you think about positive thinking, you will think of the positive thoughts of Pollyanna, you will have a positive impact on everything, no matter what the situation, no matter how bad.

This is not the kind of positive thinking I said. The positive thinking defined by Dr. Norman Vincent Pear is more about changing attitudes. It's about getting to know your situation and looking for "seeds" that can turn things around.

I believe that there are many dreams, ideas and goals in your life. We all have things that we want to change and want to achieve. The first step you take here is to change your attitude. As your attitude changes, you need to turn your goals into quantifiable things. If there is no clear goal, the goal is not good. Then it is time to take action.

Now, if you want to change your attitude, you need to change your way of thinking. Here are seven tips that you can use to change the way you think and find the "seed" of your life's solution. Positive thinking can help you see solutions that you may not have considered.
