My love for "a poetics that is awakened"

I received an email from this book, and I was excited to delve into the book and look forward to my anticipation of the Epulaeryu master Joseph Spence Sr.

I have read and enjoyed this "a poetic study of awakening", so that it awakens my love for the Haiku-style poetry, which is dormant inside me. This book shows me the inspiring Haiku from a new perspective, and through all the translations, it makes me happy to read. These poems are translated into Spanish, Japanese, Polish and Chinese, some in French and Arabic. This made it an interesting read, and then on all of this I realized Jameikan Patwa, I like it very much, because I read and reread each verse, trying to make a Jamaican voice.

I hope to see some good Epulaeryu poems, and I am not disappointed, because Joseph is full of us and tempts our senses with delicious and pleasant dishes written in the style he created.

Another highlight of this lovely book is the artwork that is scattered throughout the page, making the book complete in every respect.

At the end of the book, Joseph gave us another "dumplings with salmon and salt fish, which you don't want to miss", because I am from the Caribbean, I can think of a lot of things stated here. I smiled from start to finish.

I will smile at the world because who I am, makes a difference, and inspires others. Thank you Joseph!
