The Math and Physics Club is an Or Indie Rock band based in Seattle, Washington. They are Charles Bert [vocals/rhythm guitars], Kevin Emerson [drums], Ethan Jones [bass/keyboards], James Werle [lead guitars] and Saundrah Humphrey [violins]. They were founded in 2004 and released three EPs and a full-length album through Matinee Recordings of Santa Barbara. Their type also includes twee, and according to PitchforkMedia, their music is described as "hands-on music." Suitable for your favorite couple!
The Math and Physics Club sounds interesting. You can listen to Charles all day and enjoy the music. No complaints about his voice [and other math and physics clubs] and the simplicity of their music, as well as impressive songs and lyrics, left a vivid mark on my mind.
The album starts with "Darling, Please Come Home", which is such an appealing song, which I think is one of the best tracks on the album. The guitar of this track has been repeated at a speed and rhythm that is very friendly to our ears, I can't help it, but whenever I listen to this song, I laugh at playing the guitar. When Charles sang, "Dear, please go home..." I know they have me, they let me keep thinking about this song. Amazing and lovely opening remarks! I have been imagining myself saying, "Dear, please come home..."
When you make a suggestion, "I know what I want" is perfect! The music of this song is very soothing, and I noticed the lyrics of this song. "How do you know me so? You smile, but you will never tell... this is you... I know that I What do you want... "You can hear the cute voice of Charles, this is the reward of this song! Other members of his math and physics club joined their guitar, bass, drums and even the violin. This is a short song, but it is definitely worth your time to listen to it.
Stop complaining about the end of the rain and see the "season showers." Somehow, I can feel that Charles is singing his date. If you are with someone you love, it will be wonderful to sing rain [you can use "shower" instead of "Rain"]. Charles said, "I don't like the place with you, not next to me, curled up under my umbrella, although the rain is falling..." You can hear a lot of guitar picking "April Rain" and this is like a math and physics club playing in the hole whenever I hear the guitar picking sound/part. Ba, ba, ba, ba, ba ... April showers... Although I prefer October showers, my birth month!
"Festival and Saturday" is a slow-paced song that demonstrates the versatility of math and physics clubs. They are already well-suited for medium-speed and fast-paced songs, and "Holidays and Saturdays" are just another song, indicating that they can even play slow-paced songs. Picnic in the park, croquet on the lawn, stay up all night and talk until dawn... these are the things we do on weekends, aren't we? A good way to slow down the rhythm of the album.
"La La La Lisa" brings a rhythm! There is some start and stop between it, but it is still a good song. I want to know who Lisa is [the girl he has seen/ seen in the club?], Charles sings to her as if he fell in love with her, eager to hold her hand, eager to kiss her, eager to be with her. It said, "I will only die because of a kiss, I have a chance to just hold hands..." The Math and Physics Club is so clever enough to write such witty lyrics. When Charles sang, "La La La La La La..." There must be a lot going on between Lisa and him.
"Look at us now" begins with an acoustic guitar and a violin. lovely! A good opening made me want to know more. "We are in love, but now look at us, Baba Baba..." It is as if they are so in love, until now. "Look at us now," Charles added. Then there is a guitar solo, then a violin solo, such a short song is a play!
"You will miss me" is another slow-paced song on the album. This is one of my favorite songs on the album. I like the guitar, bass, piano, violin and even vocals of this song. Even when I first listened, it found my heart. Charles said, "Never let this situation last for so long, but I dare say you will miss me..." Then he said again, "La da da da da da da da... "I have to say that it is so great!" :-D After each chorus, the piano enters at the right time. It's really impressive!
"Like the cold like Minnesota" has a very delicious and stylish bass line. The bass line itself is the best asset for this song. After the break, along with the manuscript, it is one of the most danceable songs on the album. This song is like Charles is angry with someone. "Go out in the cold, I don't want you to be here when I wake up tomorrow," but the Math and Physics Club makes it a very delicious and fashionable piece. . I can't say no!
From the lyrics of "So Simple Plan", it seems to be a sad song. But again, the Math and Physics Club makes it a delightful and dance track. Charles sang a girl whose relationship failed. "Summer turned into June. She spent a morning and noon in a small room, typing another sad romantic..." Finally, "She cried. , self-talking instead." Such a simple plan is far-reaching!
The Math and Physics Club ends with "The Last Dance," a poppies and cheerful songs that you want to tap. Both guitars are well arranged and timed. One is the lead guitar and the other is the rhythm guitar. "Why should it be sad? Don't be angry now, let us leave the past behind, hit the floor before the last dance... let you fall for me" next time you go to the party Please dance with your partnet and remember the lyrics of "Last Dance". You will have the best last dance!
Rating: I can imagine that I will sing a few songs from the album. The "Mathematics and Physics Club" was really created for a couple. All their songs and lyrics are for lovers and lovers to listen to and enjoy! If you have the chance to sing in front of a large group of people for your loved ones, you will know which album to look for! Although simple but the heart melts, I can't help it, but it gives 7.8 points.
Stand out from the tracks [my selection]: Dear, please go home, I know what I want, you will miss me, the last dance and the cold Minnesota.
