Gone are the days when celebrities used to talk about their love of shoes and how they couldn't resist spending hundreds of dollars on fashion designer shoes. Today, we found the wardrobe of ordinary people like you and me, filled with different shoe designs and colors. Yes, I like shoes and never hesitate to buy different types of shoes to decorate our feet. However, recently, my ankle has pain. I feel more painful when I walk on high heels. As the pain worsened, my friend told me to see a doctor. The female doctor asked me a few questions. For example, I have experienced similar pain in the past. Do I have gout or any specific foot history? What kind of shoes do I wear? When I said that I like to wear high heels, she immediately told me not to wear them again, and gave me some pain relief drugs.

Foot problems caused by wearing wrong shoes

My doctor also explained that no matter how small my foot is, it is a complex structure composed of 26 bones, 33 joints and many types of muscles, tendons and soft tissues. Therefore, we really need to take care of our feet and stay away from pain and discomfort. Moreover, she said that when we walk, our feet will act as shock absorbers. Good, comfortable shoes can help our feet absorb shocks correctly. However, tight-fitting high-heeled shoes or flat shoes can damage shock absorption and affect the normal function of the foot.

Every day, our feet must withstand such great pressure, because our overall weight depends on our feet. Therefore, when your feet can't withstand the pressure exerted when standing or moving, the problem begins. You need to see your comfortable shoes to help your feet cope with the tremendous force exerted on them.

A study commissioned by the UK Department of Public Health showed that usually every employee should spend four hours. It equates to 8,000 to 10,000 steps per day. Now, if you wear bad shoes, then within a few hours of walking, you are actually hurting your feet and causing it to hurt. And, it's not just that your joints start to hurt; if you don't stop wearing hard-fitting shoes, your back will start to hurt. Narrow shoes, no toe movement and breathing space, cause some foot problems in women. The delicate bones and tissues under our feet become stiff and rupture due to prolonged use of bad shoes.

You may have noticed that many people walk on the road because of the problematic shoes. The high heels exert pressure on the tip of the toe, causing the pelvis to arch forward and the back curve abnormally hurting the back.

How to solve the foot problem?
