Improve self-esteem by overcoming timidity

A clear sign of inferiority is excessive shame.

Being shy may be a good indicator, and you won't think so. Very shy people will feel good about themselves only when they are finished, although they are hard to accept praise.

I don't believe anyone is born to be shy. In fact, I believe this is something we accept in life, some of which may be negative mental abuse, negative life experiences, failure experiences, etc.

Here are some tips to help you fight shyness and turbo boost your self-esteem.

Tip 1: Overcome timidity by building self-esteem.

What you need to do is to become more confident, confident, and less concerned about what people think of you.

When you pay too much attention to other people's ideas, you are just manipulating yourself.

When you pay too much attention to people's ideas, you tend to go with the herd. If you don't care about other people who think you are more honest and more decent, because you don't need so much preparation.

You must develop the skin of a rhinoceros to resist your fear of rejection.

People's views are based only on empirical points of view. Overcome it.

Step 2: Learn to stay calm and overcome shame.

If you find yourself in trouble, it will make you nervous. The first thing you have to do is take a deep breath, relax and say to yourself that they are people like me, they have the same fears and worries as I do.

As you relax, you will begin to look at people, problems and experiences from another perspective.

Step 3: Defeat the timid by accepting people's praise.

If you are timid when people give you a compliment, then you must practice receiving skills.

One way to do this is to appreciate yourself. Decided to regard praise as a normal part of life.

I am completely happy to accept people's praise.

In order to defeat timidity, you must be willing to face it every time. Every encounter you encounter will strengthen you or weaken you.

If you avoid it often, then timidity will increase. You have to face it and watch it fade away.
