Hypertension is a condition in which arterial blood pressure is too high. Blood pressure is the force that pushes the blood of the blood vessel wall upwards. If the pressure is too high, the heart must pump harder, which can lead to organ damage and heart attack. The normal level of blood pressure is below 120/80, where 120 is the systolic blood pressure measurement [maximum pressure] and 80 is the diastolic blood pressure measurement [minimum pressure]. The blood pressure between 120/80 and 139/89 is called prehypertension, and readings of 140/90 or higher are considered hypertension.
My blood pressure is usually between 160/95 and 175/100, so I have high blood pressure with congestive heart failure and many other diseases. I have had a condition of at least 5 years now, and it may be much longer. When I started doing some very small tasks, such as walking upstairs from the basement, I went to see my doctor. I went to do all the blood work and did a lung function test. I'll never forget!
I did 21 days of water last year, after which my pressure dropped to the normal range of 125/85, but more importantly, it has been falling at that level. Dr. Joel Fuhrman, MD, said in his book "fasting and healthy eating": "The speed of treatment supervised by doctors can be used to achieve a new level of cardiac safety. Can eliminate the rich diet of modern society before and after fasting. The damage caused by the body." By quickly, you can quickly lower your blood pressure and make your drugs impossible. Fasting removes plaque from the blood vessels, allowing more blood [oxygen] to circulate through this process.
In my case, I also have edema, and I suspect that there are many high blood pressures. In the fast pace of last year, I remember that my ankles are very thin and look abnormal. My shoes are very embarrassing, not comfortable. My feet actually feel lighter. My wrist is also thin. I can go further and further every day until I actually jog for a minute. Things I couldn't do for a long, long time.
So I did it again, but this time I will successfully achieve my goal, in order to normalize my blood pressure, improve my congestive heart failure, get rid of edema, and lose 80 pounds in total.
The speed started on August 29, 2011. When I wrote this article, I had reached the 32nd day.
