1. Be an optimist - stick to the possibilities we always have. Look for happiness in life and let yourself wonder what possibilities exist under any circumstances.
2. Believe in your strength - After you encounter any difficulties, be confident and tap the inner strength you have. Dig deep into the tremendous power that lives in you. We all have this power, but each of us should seize it and use it as our fuel.
3. Know your true passion - think about what you are really excited about. What do you love? Know what your passion is and what gives you the greatest happiness. Once you realize what it is for you, do everything you can to keep your passion.
4. Take personal responsibility for your life - life is the choice. Make them wisely and ideologically. Then, be aware of the choices you and yourself make for you and the life you create for yourself.
5. Learn from mistakes - Although most of us try to do the right thing, mistakes are an inevitable part of life. Think of mistakes as opportunities for growth and learning. Evaluate what happened and take proactive steps to correct the cause of such an error.
6. Find the happiness that already exists in your world - Commit to rest for five minutes a day to express gratitude. Do nothing in five minutes, just admit what is positive and what you are grateful for. The more you do, the higher your level of happiness.
7. Brave - Life is a wonderful journey! Following your dreams while pursuing happiness, while grasping fear is just an emotional knowledge. Feel scared but still do it!
