Health Alert: How much water is the water?

I was not shocked when I heard a 10-year-old boy drowning in the water last summer. Sadly, it has been happening for the warm months. The children went swimming and found their own minds. However, this child did not drown when swimming. In fact, he is far from swimming pools, lakes, oceans or swimming holes. He drowned in the hospital because he was swimming in the pool earlier that day and was taking too much water. Similarly, women in their thirties died shortly after attending a radio competition. The winner is the one who drinks the most.

People always tell me, " Drink more water. This is good for you." It is, but not excessive. This is a lesson I learned from difficulties. I went to the hospital a few months ago. I have difficulty breathing, thinking that maybe I have a heart attack or a panic attack. On the contrary, my problem is that there is too much water in my body. This explains why I am overweight, and despite the constant diet, I can't seem to lose weight when I lose it. How much water is there in my body? I stayed in the hospital for a week, and after taking the water-reducing medicine twice a day, my weight was reduced by nearly forty pounds when I was admitted.

After that experience, I had to continue taking the water-reducing medicine, making it easier to eat and lose weight. The key is to cut salt. Salt [sodium] keeps the body hydrated. Unfortunately, salt is just everything we eat, even sugar. For me, the answer is a heart-healthy diet. I started using salt substitutes and eventually cut them off. The result is better than I expected. For the first time, I was able to enjoy the true taste of meat, chicken and vegetables. I am surprised and happy.

After giving up the salt for a while, when you eat the seasoned things, you will taste it immediately. This makes me extra careful when buying any processed food. I also learned a lot. This is not just a common suspect for sodium like hot dogs, bacon, pizza and sausages. Breakfast cereals, margarines, most drinks, some sweets, many diet foods, sugar, condiment packs, frozen foods, canned soups, smoked meats and deli tables for luncheon meats contain too much salt unless they are low in sodium The form is provided.

Although doctors and dietitians need to classify people, we know our body better than anyone else. This is why we have to decide how much or how much to eat. The key is to be honest with yourself. Some people must eat less and some people should eat less. Eating too little can lead to hunger in our body, which makes weight loss more difficult, so this is not an option. In order to reduce the amount of water and excess fluid in our body, we must limit the amount of sodium intake and take care not to over-replenish water.
