This collection of romantic stories has spicy sex scenes and a language suitable for adults. After the end, HEA wrote very well in a relaxed and pleasant way. I usually don't read romantic stories, so this is a new experience for me. I was looking for something to read on Halloween and stumbled upon these short readings on the Kindle.
I tried to study the author and hoped she had more stories, but I found that she was just a hermit and knew little about her. On the other hand, it says that she writes and publishes very fast, so there will be more from her soon. Let us now talk about these stories and what I have done and disliked.
The first of the three stories is "You don't know Jack." It is based on Sleepy Hollow and Headless Horseman Legends. In modern times, this is a very distorted setting, a young woman who ventures, is willing to try anything, even goes to the Catskill Mountains and her weird, though sexy boss's Halloween party house.
There are some great sex scenes in these three stories, but one of the stories is my favorite. I don't want to destroy it for you, so I just want to say that if you want to read to make love in unusual circumstances, then it is worth reading. This is my second favorite in these three stories. I can easily give it four of the five stars. The only character I don't like is Butch. I hope she will go to the party without him. If you read the story, you may or may not agree.
The second story is about a ghoul. The proper title is "The big ghoul doesn't cry." I think this is the farthest story, but it is still credible. It has the most supernatural elements and a great love story that makes me feel very good at the end. But like all three stories, this love story tells a love that seems impossible, but somehow.
The final story "Every Witch Way" is actually my favorite. Ms. Simcocks knows how to invent strange and cute characters, and her witch is the best example. The heroine in this story is a young and beautiful lady who has had some difficult breaks and lost her love for life, Randy. I met a dark fortune teller by chance, and made her date on her Halloween night with her new flame and graveyard, with an old wedding dress she had never used before.
She has a golden heart, but it puts her in trouble and she misses the only chance to spend with Randy. Then a drunken witch [my favorite character] is involved, this is a crazy ride [literally] on the broom to save a surviving relationship. I give this story five stars.
It should be a complete novel, and I hope the author will consider writing one before Halloween. In general, I highly recommend this book.
