Foundation of self-esteem

Our self-esteem is something we can control and change at any time. It is based on our beliefs and attitudes towards ourselves. For example, "Despite my shortcomings, insecurities and imperfections, I am still very good." Who am I, not what I do, I look like, I have multiple, or how smart I am. "It's about loving who we are and accepting ourselves unconditionally. It makes ourselves imperfect, accepts ourselves, takes risks, tries new things and "goes out" with negative thoughts, judgments and self-criticism. It's about facing Our fears and know that no matter what the outcome, we risk and face fear.

Improving our self-worth is about how to use our free time, set our own goals and make our own decisions for ourselves. It's about knowing what we like and what we don't like, and can speak out loud to others without worrying about rejection, ridicule or laughter. It's about understanding our strengths and weaknesses and is willing to work in areas that need improvement, such as attitudes, friendships, schools or better getting along with others. Having COURAGE is honest, open and willing to change in a positive direction.

People around friends and those who love us are another way to feel good about themselves, which will enhance our self-esteem. People who know our shortcomings and who are like us are good friends. It is also important not to treat yourself so seriously and to laugh at yourself. Good self-esteem is because we know that we have achieved success in our lives. We used to think that these things are difficult and that we can make ourselves capable of trying new things.

Another important factor in improving self-esteem is taking care of our bodies. When we feel good about the body, we feel energetic and full of life. It is important to eat well and exercise regularly and neatly. It is also important to get enough rest/sleep. When we feel tired, hungry and restless, we are likely to make mistakes and respond in a way that is counterproductive to us. So I feel bad about myself. All in all, look at yourself in a positive and loving manner with an open, happy and honest attitude. Today I want to say "I am very important, I am worth it."
