Five family therapy for eczema

Eczema is undoubtedly a painful and irritating disease. Once attacked the skin, scratching the skin will only make the skin worse. There are many ways to provide temporary relief for eczema, and most of the required ingredients can be found at home. However, it should be noted that eczema is a disease that should be treated with medical care. coconut oil

Apply a large amount of coconut oil to the affected area. This will moisturize your skin and help prevent dryness and flaking. If you can't get coconut oil, use mudpack as a substitute. Coconut oil is easy to buy at pharmacies.

Cold compression

Do it twice a day and feel the relief. It will reduce itching and prevent you from rubbing it. However, cold compresses may absorb moisture from the skin, so use it a minimum number of times a day. Ideally, use a dermatologist approved cream immediately after cold compress treatment.

Milk compression

Place a piece of cloth dipped in milk in the affected area and place it there for 15 minutes. Like coconut oil, it moisturizes your skin, relieves pain and reduces the likelihood of dryness and flaking.

Sunbathing

Sunbathing can be done while walking in the morning or jogging. This should be done by ten in the morning, when the sun's rays are still cool to the skin and still rich in vitamin D. After ten in the morning, the sun's rays are already very harmful, so stay away from open spaces.

Steam bath

Do it twice a day to get relief. If the steam bath is too hot, you can use a gentle heat to relieve the pain. This is very hard work, so you won't experience itching and inflammation again and again.

Remember to stay away from water contact unless necessary, as water is a known trigger for the onset of eczema. This happens when the skin gets wet and no moisturizer is used.
