Emotional Freedom Technology (EFT): What is the best way to learn EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technology [EFT] - sometimes referred to as "attack" - is a powerful and rapid emerging technology that can be used to transform your stressors, trauma, block and many other emotional challenges, as well as help achieve performance and achieve goals . As we all know, EFT can solve many problems such as fear, trauma, anger, bereavement, depression, anxiety, panic, social anxiety disorder and sometimes significant help with physical problems such as back and neck pain, joint stiffness, IBS, ME and many other problems. Even better, as we all know, it's easy to learn and use for self-help. So what is the best way to learn EFT?

Learn electronic transfer from a manual or book

There are many books on the market for learning EFT, as well as some free manuals that can be downloaded from the Internet [search for the "EFT Handbook"]. These may be valuable resources, each with a different way to express the EFT process. Some are very detailed and show a lot of ways to use EFT, while others are just basics. This is a very cost-effective way to learn electronic transfers, from free to about £30. But there are two major drawbacks. First, if you haven't actually experienced or watched an EFT meeting, you won't know what will happen, which may affect your ability to make significant progress on anything you do. Second, if you find that the process doesn't work for you, it's illegal because it's not for you, but because you're not using it properly. There are a number of reasons that can completely stop its work, and with minor adjustments, everything can start moving forward. The big problem here is that not experiencing EFT working for you may make you lose your life and prevent you from enjoying its incalculable benefits. You can download the free manual from the website shown at the bottom of this article.

Learn EFT from You Tube video

There are a lot of You Tube videos showing the actual operation of EFT, so you can easily browse through many of these videos and experience your own personal transitions and conversions. The problem here is that although you want to have an EFT experience working for you, this is a disconnected approach because there is no formal training. This means that if you try to use it yourself without the basics, it may or may not work. If it doesn't work, you may feel frustrated and put EFT aside. Again, this will be tragic, and if used properly, EFT may change lives.

Learn EFT from DVD

A potentially excellent source of EFT training is a DVD-based course. The advantage here is that you can learn core skills in a structured way while using EFT for real people. Nothing is as great as the ability to view this technology in practice for the learning process itself, and because it is possible to see someone's problem [hope] before you. In addition, in many DVD packages, you can participate in a group tapping experience in a comfortable armchair. Learning from DVDs is very cost-effective, and basic training costs range from $30 to $150. Sadly, so far, EFT creator Gary Craig's best DVD training has stopped because he has retired, although he can hire from different outlets. The training explores in depth the "real-time" cases in hundreds of real-life cases and videos.

There are some disadvantages to using DVD-based training: First, you can't ask your own questions. Learning is a personal experience, and DVDs don't give personal attention and can help you get the technology. In addition, if you encounter difficulties at the beginning of the first time, as with the other learning methods above, it is difficult to know what to do without any direct, immediate help. Again, if you can't get it to work for you, you will fail and your DVD will be put back on the shelf. Finally, if you want to continue with a higher level of EFT training, the prerequisites for formal seminar training mean that DVD training is not enough, and you will need to participate in EFT in person anyway.

Learn EFT from courses and seminars

There is no doubt that there is no better way to learn electronic transfer than to attend a course or seminar. The downside is cost, and the cost of a day's seminar ranges from $150 [£100] to $220 [£140]. However, you get more than just learning EFT. Most seminars have a lot of practice, and you can delve into your personal challenges or obstacles here, so attending a seminar may be the healing of several treatment sessions with EFT practitioners! A good counselor will ensure that you truly get EFT technology and will handle all your personal questions and confessions to ensure you leave the seminar with real experience and understanding.

If possible, attend a seminar approved by the AAMET [Medical and Meritor Therapy Promotion Association] as this is the largest electronic transfer organization in Europe and the United States. If you want to be a practitioner of electronic funds transfer, in the future, AAMET is most likely to be the first organization to get approval from the government health department; at the time of writing, no other electronic transfer organization can be in terms of its formal structure. Any proximity is intended to provide clear courses and agreements for practitioners and clients.
