Adolescent self-esteem

Self-esteem is an essential factor for anyone to succeed in life. This is a well-proven concept, and if you can build self-esteem during adolescence, it will last a lifetime. Adolescence is a period in which boys and girls face many problems and problems. The problems faced by adolescent self-esteem during adolescence are necessary. Many teenagers have low self-esteem, so it is important to understand the main reasons for low self-esteem and to find ways and means to combat low self-esteem. o Physiology. Adolescence is a period of major physical changes in boys and girls. During this time, sex hormones began to function fully. Many children face the problem of not being able to cope with changes in body and behavior in this change.

o Social impact. In children's adolescence, society imposes many restrictions on their behavior and attitudes. During this time, the girl will automatically be tempted to leave the boy and the boy is restricted to mix with the girl. This makes them feel that something is scared. This will automatically make them feel fearful in their natural interactions.

o fear of the future. In the later stages of adolescence, children will seriously think about their future, and in many cases they will be frustrated with their future. Unemployment, dating issues, insecurity, lack of economic background and many of these factors make teenagers afraid to face the world.

o Diseases and other physical illnesses. These children will think that they are the wreckage of the world. These thought processes keep them away from others and they may become restless.

There are many reasons why young people have low self-esteem. Without proper care, low self-esteem will gradually lead to many physical and mental illnesses. It is very important to train young people with high self-esteem.
