5 ways to feel more positive after 5 minutes

I often say that I am always positive, just like I was born, or it is just a part of my personality. But what you should know is that positive is a choice - weekly choices, daily choices and hourly choices. Through the journey of personal development, remember that we always have a choice and have always been a changer in the rules of the game. Every moment I choose to be active, feel positive or see positive and exciting things. If you are alone and have a heartbeat, you have a choice!

I put these five ways together, you can feel more positive in ten minutes and change your attitude towards the rest of the day:

You may have heard of it, but the grateful heart cannot be an unhappy heart. Take a piece of paper and write down 3-5 things that you are grateful for now. No matter what your heart beats without you telling it, the color of the sunset or the fact that coconut chocolate exists - whether it is for you, it is now written down.

2. Feed your soul good news

Turn off the TV. Stop scrolling Instagram and Facebook and give your soul some good news. If you are reading some exciting content or going to YouTube and searching for "Kids President", then go to positive.news or goodnewsnetwork.org. Make yourself feel good.

3. Make a to-do list

Make a to-do list now. Write down the 1-3 things you are tangled up and complete them. Whether you are procrastinating or secretly ignorant, it will disappear, and now free it from your life. Need to start with this report? Open the word document. Need a call? Dial this number. Once done, you will feel the weight gain on your shoulders and feel more aggressive in removing them from your to-do list.

4. Go outside and be present

Take yourself outside and observe the things around you. Feel your body in space and pay attention to the things around you - trees, noise and wind. Take a moment to realize that trees are the things that provide us with oxygen to breathe! Hello, not so crazy! The absolute blessing that nature makes us alive.

5. Smile

simple. Smile and remember how happy you are. Smile and remember, we always have a choice. Smile and remember everything is good for you.
