Your fitness routine is awful - why most natural bodybuilders are frustrated

I won't disparage my words or pull any fists: if you don't have a steady fitness gain, it's because your fitness training routine is awful - simple and straightforward. This is because you don't have a successful schedule for customizing your fitness training and combine it with an appropriate recovery plan to get muscle.

You are not alone. I have seen thousands of fitness enthusiasts feel frustrated by the lack of fitness. However, like the well-known customary creatures, it embodies the definition of minor insanity, they do the same thing over and over again, and seem to expect different results. If you want to succeed in life - whether it's in nature or in any other area, it's not a good habit.
