For the upcoming cheerleading competition, you have shared your blood, sweat and tears, practicing cheering over and over again. You are ready to dance, fall, hoe and yell to get the first place trophy. But have you considered your diet this week's game to the actual day? This is a surprising detail, and many cheerleaders don't care because they don't understand the importance of nutrition and how they affect them when they perform.

It is easy to be stressed before the fierce competition, either being stressed or eating too much. Both will completely abandon your cheering performance and greatly affect your winning outcome.
