You are drawing your own heart and making mistakes, not knowing your work for family or friends, not encouraging, you have received negative and inappropriate comments about how much time you spend on your work. Or, let's say you created a wonderful biscuit and cake show and put your baked goods on a beautiful, colorful, exotic plate, shared with friends and family, just to bake sugary for them. Tempted and reprimanded without worrying about their sugar consumption.
They call you a female executive, not a talented baker. Oh, but wait, they also insult your plate from the origin and lack the support to manufacture, buy or appreciate the needs of American-built American products. All these events and occasions are not the cause of negotiation, condemnation or humiliation.
