Try these amazing aromatherapy home treatments for arthritis pain

When she learned about essential oils, my friend Celeste paid a lot of money for her arthritis painkillers. Her first introduction came from an internet marketing consultant who gave her a small roller bottle with a very expensive mixture. It works well, but according to her fixed income, she can't use it often. She knows my experience with essential oils, so she called.

I told her that although the mixture of oils is usually more expensive than a single oil, they are a more affordable route for her, because buying a large amount of a single oil at a time and using them alone or mixing them may be too expensive for her. The mixture has highly targeted and very expensive ingredients that make the effect different. And you don't have to buy a whole bottle of expensive oil to get the amazing effect of a single expensive ingredient. In essential oils, usually less.

Mixing can be for a specific purpose or to combine the benefits of all the features you want. For example, the pain mixture contains an emergency analgesic oil that instantly eliminates pain - oils such as birch, mint and cloves. Anti-inflammatory mixtures may not work quickly, but they can work more deeply and last longer. Of course, you can buy a single oil and create your own mixture. The pain mixture may use an aliquot of helichrysum, birch or holly, mint and cloves. The anti-infective mixture can use three times the amount of spirochetes in the pain mixture, then add equal amounts of black pepper, juniper, hyssop, eucalyptus, lemongrass, myrrh or spruce. You don't have to use them all. Just pick four or five.

Here's how you use rotation between these two blend types. For severe pain, first use a quick-acting analgesic. In a small area, apply a drop [undiluted] and apply lightly. For larger areas, mix ten drops in about one teaspoon of mixed oil and gently massage the area.

A particularly strong anti-inflammatory is like a burning flame. Even the mildest oil is sometimes too strong. If used too much, they can actually increase inflammation. Stabilize them with a blend of oil or a cool wet compress.

If you find that the oil is too hot, use this method to cool and calm with the anti-contamination mixture. Make a suspension of the anti-contamination mixture in cold water - 4 to 5 drops to 1/4 cup water. Shake the mixture thoroughly and soak a piece of gauze or flannel to create compression. Apply a wrap on top to keep the aromatic moisture in contact with the skin. Use an ice pack to enhance its cooling effect.

In addition to extreme pain, try to control the infection by using a strong pain mixture in the morning, then switch to a soothing anti-inflammatory mixture in the afternoon, evening and before going to bed.
