Golfers are always looking for a good way to improve their skills. I've listed the top three ways to improve your golf skills without having to pay a trainer to help you.
The elbow needs to touch your hips
One of the biggest mistakes I've seen most golfers make is that they don't let their elbows touch their hips. It's easy to ignore this step because your elbows stretch out and feel natural but avoid doing it at all costs. Your elbows touching your hips keep your club straight, so you can have more control when you hit the ball.
Let your golf club do its due diligence
Most golfers think that the harder you hit the ball, the farther the ball is. This is not necessarily true. It requires a precise swing, directly in the middle of the ball, making it go very far. If you are struggling to swing and not hit the exact part of the club you need, then this shot will slice or become fresh air. Take the time to make sure you are hitting the right position in the club, once you have mastered it, then continue to hit the ball with more power.
Hip rotation
Your entire body should move whenever you swing. If you only use the power of the upper body, if you put your hips on a swing, you will not get enough power. As your swing falls, your hips should follow the same movements. It's almost like you're mimicking the action of a golf club. Your hips should swing at almost the same speed as the golf club. Watch the professionals on TV while on the swing. It's almost like they're hitting the whole body.
keep healthy
Waving a golf club uses a lot of muscles that are usually not commonly used. Having a strict workout team couple and practice helps to increase your game. The more appropriate your core, back, legs and arms, the better the chance of hitting the ball correctly each time. Your muscles have memory, and the more you use them, the more memory they retain.
Golf is a very challenging sport, but when you use the right technology and preparation, it will push over time
