Three strange criminal law stories from Florida

As a follower and author of criminal law, the author often reports the strange criminal law story of Florida. Here are some of my favorite retro stories I want to share with the wider world.

Orange County. Florida: On the Veterans Day weekend in 2010, the Orange County Sheriff's Bureau became known when there were reports that members of the Sheriff's Office and members of Florida's commercial and professional regulatory authorities conducted a series of unlicensed assaults on local Orlando barbershops. National laughing stock. After spending a few months investigating the matter, 35 people were arrested for alleged misdemeanours for "undocumented burning". Record checks show that in the past decade, only three people across Florida have been charged with imprisonment. In the current situation, many unlicensed raids require the police to flock to the children's barber shop, put the barber on the handcuffs, and then "sneak" them to the police car. When one of the raids attacked a barber with an unlicensed pistol, at least one felony was arrested. We further understand that all barbershops are in the African-American and Hispanic communities.

This surprising report raises questions about whether these neighborhoods are known as "hot haircuts"?

New Port Richey, Florida: This strange story also started in 2010. As many of you know, "four locks" is a caffeinated alcoholic beverage. A new Port Rich people drank four bottles and then ran rampantly. Police reported that the 21-year-old man ran barefoot from his door to a house a few blocks away, smashing a glass door and looting the house. According to Pasco County, he took off his clothes, defecate on the floor, and tore the oven door off the hinge. In another house, a woman found the blood-stained naked man sleeping on the sofa after arriving home. She called 911. According to a report, when the representative arrived, the man allegedly said, "Why am I arrested? I did not steal." He was accused of two counts of burglary.

The title of this little story might be: "Loko Gone Loco." It's best to stay away from this dangerous product.

Hernando County Prison, Florida: 2011. Strange things happen in prison. A prisoner in Hernando County did not have enough sweet money to pay back gambling debts and his face performed well. The prisoner admitted that he had lost a football bet with a prisoner. The bet loser said that he went to bet the winner's cell and gave him the bear's paw, but he only had four honeypots. The bet winner is not content to be afraid of the bet and is so hard to beat the loser that he has to be hospitalized. Yes, the winner of the bet and the puncher. Was arrested for charging the battery.

If this is a casino gamble, the bet loser may bet: I will see you a bear paw and raise your four honey...
