Average and green slider

what do you need:

  • 20 Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and then cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup round brie, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Clean salt and black pepper
Melt the butter in medium heat in a medium heat, then cook the onions until tender for about 5 to 6 minutes. Add garlic, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and paprika to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking and stir for 10 minutes, then remove the heat. Put olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir the Brussels sprouts in the mixture. Put the Brussels sprouts in the same pan until they are tender, about 15 minutes. To assemble a slider, sandwich a piece of bacon and a square cloth covered with onion sauce between two Brussels sprouts. Fix with a toothpick.

Beer and cheese beef slider

what do you need:

  • 12 pretzel buns
For small pies

  • 3/4 kg of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Clean salt and black pepper
For soy sauce

  • 2 cups of chopped cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped leeks
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • a small amount of Cayenne
Place beef, eggs, garlic, breadcrumbs, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Make it into 12 patties and place in a baking dish with a cooking spray. Bake in a preheated oven [400F] for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a pan and stir in the flour. Add beer and cook until cooked. Add the milk, cook until chopped, then stir in cheddar, mozzarella, leeks, mustard and pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens. Place the pie on the patties sandwiched between the pretzel buns and make the slider.
